As per the owners, here are some additional details and feature of this home.
· Architecturally and fully renovated by the end of 2004. Renovated to perfection with high-end appliances, cathedral ceilings, open floor plan, and numerous recessed lights. Moldings were customized depending on each room. Modern, with contemporary style and yet warm & comfortable.
· The property has a significant flat area of land with several decks and grassy backyard.
· This home gives you a sense of being in the countryside within a short distance of Westwood & Beverly Hills.
· Full privacy and silence with a microclimate in the backyard created by the lawn and trees as well as the breeze from the ocean. Lovely sounds & the music of nature (birds, the whisper of moving leaves).
· Magnificent views of the canyons, mountains, and city lights. On clear days one can see Catalina Island. When dining you can see the city lights. The hills and vegetation remind us of a Tuscan landscape
· All rooms have views and sunlight. At night, the moonlight can enter the living room through the high windows. The rooms facing the street are not facing the windows of other houses and have a direct view of the canyon.
· The backyard is a unique and special place for intimate gatherings and entertaining as it smoothly continues with the living and dining rooms, making possible to enjoy gatherings on the decks and lawn which receive the shade of leafy trees in the summer time.

Linda Flora Drive is very well-maintained being a promenade for all Linda Flora residents. All the times, there are children, couples, and individuals with pets walking and exercising along Linda Flora. As a matter of fact, Linda Flora became an extension of our house, one could leave the door open while having visitors, seat at the porch seeing bypassers and enjoy the sunset on the hills and the sea view across the street. For example, Halloween is extremely special on Linda Flora as children come from other streets to celebrate.·
Linda Flora is a cul-de-sac with only local traffic and careful drivers that spontaneously lower their speed as good neighbors (no bumps are needed as in Roscomare). Drivers in Linda Flora take into consideration its promenade style for adults, children and pets.
Bel-Air as a prime residential area where the Roscomare Valley Association maintains the quality of the residential environment, in particular, monitoring and reducing speed in Roscomare making possible for many people to jog on RoscoShort distance (1-2 min) to a market on Roscomare where one can purchase prime meat and fish among other standard groceries.
